Doubling activations by removing friction from a follow-up automation flow
Inside a landing-page builder for marketers (Instapage), a built-in follow-up automation feature had near-zero adoption — the form builder showed an empty "Select email" dropdown with no path forward, and the actual setup required users to leave for a separate email tool, manually flip on the "automated" status, and find their way back. I rebuilt it as a connected cross-product workflow with pre-automated templates. Activations doubled.
